Returning packages from Kongessloejd.nl
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive the product. Please note that Konges Sløjd does not exchange items. You can either send the package back to our warehouse in Herning, Denmark, or hand in the package at our store in Copenhagen.
Return to warehouse: You are responsible for the cost of the return, but you have the option to purchase a label for 10EUR via our returns portal HERE.
Have you received a gift from Kongessloejd.dk?
If you have received a gift from Kongessloejd.dk that you wish to return, the money will be credited to the buyer's card. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer the money to another account number - if you want a refund, you must contact the gift giver.
If you wish to return an item, please note the following if you want to be sure to receive a full refund:
🍒 The item must be in its original packaging
🍒 The item must not show signs of wear, stains, damage or smell of external odors.
🍒 Clothing must have tags on it, otherwise we cannot sell the item to a new recipient
🍒 Items in boxes must be wrapped and labels must not be placed directly on the box, otherwise we cannot sell the item to a new recipient

Returning item(s) from an order with a free gift:
If your returned items make your order total fall below the qualifying amount for the free gift, you will need to return the free gift. If the free gift is not returned with the order, the original price of the gift will be deducted form your refund.
Returning item(s) from a 3 for 2 offer:
Generally, these offers must be returned together. If you choose to "split the offer" and thereby keep individual items from the multi-piece offer, please note that the discount will be cancelled when your money is refunded. This means that you pay full price for the item(s) you keep.
